Terms & Conditions

Effective from 1 September 2026.

These Terms & Conditions (the Terms) apply to contracts made through the qo-sport.com online store. The seller is MB Qosport, legal entity code 306716721, registered address Vilkaviškio g. 18, LT-68174 Marijampolė, Lithuania (the Seller or QO). For order and return enquiries, email info@qo-sport.com.

1. Application of these Terms

A buyer may be a legally capable individual or a person duly authorised to act for a legal entity. By submitting an order, the Buyer confirms that the information supplied is correct, that they have read these Terms and the Privacy Policy, and that they agree to be bound by them.

If any provision conflicts with mandatory consumer-protection law, the applicable law prevails. Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer's statutory rights.

2. Orders and formation of the contract

Products displayed on the website are an invitation to place an order. The Buyer selects products, supplies the information necessary for delivery and performance of the contract, checks the final price, and selects “Order with obligation to pay”.

An order becomes binding on the Buyer when it is submitted and paid. The sales contract is concluded when the Seller receives confirmation of successful payment and sends the order confirmation to the Buyer. If an order cannot be fulfilled because of stock, a technical fault, or an obvious pricing error, the Seller will inform the Buyer promptly and refund any money received.

The Buyer must provide an accurate name, email address, mobile number and, where applicable, delivery address or parcel locker. A delay caused by inaccurate information is not treated as a delay by the Seller.

3. Products and prices

The product page describes the essential characteristics, composition, care, available sizes and price. Screen settings may cause minor colour differences, but this does not affect the Seller's obligation to deliver goods matching their description.

Prices are stated in euros and include applicable taxes. Delivery is calculated separately and shown clearly before the order is submitted. The final price shown when the order is placed applies to that order. Promotions and discount codes cannot be combined unless the relevant offer expressly states otherwise.

Linked products may qualify for a set price under the conditions shown in the cart. The set price applies while the Buyer keeps both parts. If only one part is returned, the kept item is recalculated at its standalone price that applied when the order was placed, so the refund is reduced by the set discount that no longer applies. The exact estimated amount is shown in the return form before the request is submitted.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Paysera. Available methods shown at payment may include online banking, credit or debit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Availability depends on the payment service, bank, card and device. QO does not receive or store full payment-card details or online-banking credentials.

Products are reserved for a limited payment period. If payment is not confirmed within the time shown during checkout, the order may expire and the stock reservation will be released.

5. Delivery

We currently deliver within Lithuania to a selected parcel locker or by courier to an address. Available carriers, methods, prices and, where provided, estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Further information is available on the Shipping page.

Fulfilment starts once payment is confirmed. The Seller delivers within the agreed period or, if no specific period was agreed, without undue delay and no later than 30 days after conclusion of the contract, except where the law or an agreement between the parties provides otherwise.

The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to a consumer when the consumer, or a person nominated by them other than the carrier, physically receives the goods. If a parcel is visibly damaged, please photograph the damage where possible and contact us promptly.

6. Withdrawal and returns

A consumer may notify us that they are withdrawing from a distance contract, without giving a reason, within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods. Notice may be submitted through the order tracking and return form or by email to info@qo-sport.com. The goods must then be sent back within the following 14 days.

The consumer bears the direct cost of returning conforming goods. If the optional QO prepaid return label is selected, its price is shown before the return is confirmed and deducted from the refund. The Buyer may instead arrange the return using the instructions sent by email.

Goods may be inspected and tried on as they would be in a physical shop. The Buyer is responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Please return goods clean, without signs of wear, washing, odour, cosmetics or other marks, with tags intact and, where possible, in the original packaging.

When the entire contract is withdrawn from, the price paid for the goods and the standard outbound delivery charge are refunded. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery option than the least expensive standard option are not refunded. When only part of an order is returned, the original delivery charge is normally not refunded.

Refunds are made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notice of withdrawal. The Seller may withhold reimbursement until it receives the goods or evidence that they were sent, whichever occurs first. The original payment method is used unless expressly agreed otherwise or further details are technically required. Any part paid with a gift coupon is restored to that gift coupon.

7. Faulty or incorrect goods

The Seller is responsible for a lack of conformity as required by law. If an item is incorrect, damaged or does not match its description, contact info@qo-sport.com promptly with the order number and, where useful for assessing the issue, photographs.

For non-conforming goods, consumers are entitled to free repair or replacement and, in the cases provided by law, a price reduction or termination of the contract and a refund. Statutory rights concerning faulty goods are not limited by the 14-day change-of-mind period. The Seller pays reasonable return costs for substantiated faulty or incorrect goods.

8. Gift coupons and discounts

An electronic QO gift coupon is emailed after successful payment. Its expiry date is shown on the coupon. It may be used more than once until the balance is exhausted and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.

To exercise any statutory right to withdraw from the purchase of an unused gift coupon, the Buyer must contact info@qo-sport.com within the applicable period. A used portion cannot be returned as an unused coupon.

9. Liability and intellectual property

Each party is responsible for failure to perform its obligations as provided by Lithuanian law. The Seller is not liable for delay or non-performance caused by circumstances reasonably beyond its control, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.

The website design, text, photographs, QO mark and other content are protected by intellectual-property law and may not be used commercially without prior written permission.

10. Personal data

Personal data is processed to enter into and perform orders, take payment, arrange delivery and returns, keep accounts and meet legal obligations. Full information is provided in the Privacy Policy.

11. Enquiries, complaints and disputes

First send a request or complaint to MB Qosport at info@qo-sport.com or by post to Vilkaviškio g. 18, LT-68174 Marijampolė, Lithuania. Include the order number, relevant circumstances and the remedy requested. We will provide a reasoned response within 14 calendar days.

If the response is unsatisfactory or is not received in time, a consumer may contact the Lithuanian State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (A. Goštauto g. 12, LT-01108 Vilnius, vvtat.lrv.lt) or submit an application through the Consumer Rights Information System at vtis.lt. Disputes are governed by Lithuanian law.

12. Changes to these Terms

The Seller may update the Terms to reflect changes in law, services or store operations. The version in effect when an order is placed applies to that order. A new version does not apply retrospectively to an existing contract.
