Payment methods

All QO payments are made in euros and processed securely in the Paysera payment environment. After placing an order, you are redirected to Paysera, where the methods currently available for your bank, card and device are shown.

Online banking

Choose your bank, sign in securely in the bank's environment and approve the prepared payment. QO does not receive or store your online-banking credentials.

Credit or debit card

You can pay using a supported Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card. Card details are entered in Paysera's payment environment and are not supplied in full to QO. Your bank may require an additional authentication step.

Apple Pay

If supported by your device, browser and card in Apple Wallet, you can choose Apple Pay in the Paysera payment window and authenticate using the method offered by the device, such as Face ID, Touch ID or the device passcode.

Google Pay

If supported by your device, browser and card in Google Wallet, you can choose Google Pay in the Paysera payment window and confirm the payment on your device.

Security and confirmation

An order enters fulfilment only after a trusted successful-payment confirmation. If you closed the payment window or the bank has not yet confirmed the payment, check the order-status link you received and do not make a second payment while the first status is uncertain.

Availability of a specific method is determined by Paysera, your bank or card issuer and the device in use. QO does not offer cash, a separate manual bank transfer, or payment on delivery.

Questions

If money was debited but no order confirmation arrived, email info@qo-sport.com with your name, payment time and, if available, the order number. Never send a card number, login codes or other secret payment credentials.
